What is your shipping policy?

We offer two methods of shipping. If you feel like free shipping, we have that! It’s the default option and is regardless of order amount, however please be aware that this option is not tracked, can take up to 5 working days for urban and 10 working days for rural delivery. Also we pass on the liability with free shipping meaning if the parcel was to get lost or damaged you must contact the courier company (we will help put you in touch) to relocate/reimburse. Please note that this has never happened and we only work with the top New Zealand Courier providers but we thought we would point out what the difference here is between this and the second option.

The second option is a paid option ($10) and with this option we offer a full track and trace and if anything was to happen to your parcel (lost/damaged) we will relocate or replace this at no extra cost.

If you wish to pop into our physical store we operate out of the gorgeous Matakana Village nestled 20 minutes north of Auckland. Find our address and hours on our contact us page.
