Acidex is used to provide fast effective relief from the pain of heartburn and indigestion.
| WARNINGS
It is recommended that you do not lie down or go to bed immediately after taking Acidex. Remain upright (seated or standing) for a minimum of 30minutes after using. This is to ensure maximum effect.Tell your doctor before taking this medicine if you are on a special diet e.g. low salt, if you have allergies to the ingredients, or if you are taking quinidine or any of the following drugs: ACE inhibitors, Analgesics, Antibacterials, Antidiabetics, Antiepileptics, Antifungals, Antimalarials, Antipsychotics, Anti-ulcer medication, Bisposphonates, Digoxin, Iron preparations and Penicillamine. If symptoms persist for more than two weeks consult your doctor.| INGREDIENTS
Each 10 mL contains: Sodium Alginate 500 mg, Sodium Bicarbonate 267 mg, Calcium Carbonate 160 mg. Sugar free suspension for oral use.| HOW TO USE
Shake the bottle well before each use. Take your medicine after meals and at bedtime, up to four times daily. Adults and Children over 12 years: 10-20mL. Children 6-12 years: 5-10mL. Under 6 years: Should only be given on doctor's advice.
